Come learn about human-centered design at Civilla—and bring it back home afterward.

The Civilla tour provides hands-on exposure to human-centered design and will influence how your team approaches the organizational challenges you’re facing today. The tour begins with an in-depth walkthrough of Civilla’s work and methodology–and ends with a facilitated discussion about how to navigate change in your own organization. Over the course of the tour, you’ll learn how to:

  • Frame business challenges through the eyes of your customers, pinpointing meaningful opportunities for change.

  • Create products and services that meet your customers’ needs while accelerating your organizational goals.

  • Build a culture that is committed to taking a human-centered approach to innovation and problem solving.

Studio tours are hosted by our executive team and are tailored to meet the needs of each group.

Innovation normally feels complicated. At Civilla, I’ve learned how to focus on our customers – what do they truly want and need? Their approach helped us realized that the best solutions may actually be simple and cost effective, if we listen to those who matter most.
